Androscoggin Bassmasters is an affiliate of B.A.S.S. (Bass Anglers Sportsman Society) and is a Maine B.A.S.S. Federation Nation member club, we are based out of the Lewiston Maine area.
The club keeps a friendly atmosphere where all members are encouraged to participate in our functions and to be good students and teachers of fishing techniques so we can all improve our skills. Whether you're a boater or a non boater you're welcome to participate at the club level.
Membership consist of a maximum of 26 members with no more than 15 boaters, at times we have a waiting list so be sure to get your name in today. The club meets on one specified Tuesday of every month in Greene from 7pm to 9pm. Our annual dues of $80.00 covers B.A.S.S. Federation Nation and Maine B.A.S.S. Federation Nation dues. A monthly subscription to BASS Times, lunker prizes and annual awards. To be a member you must also subscribe to Bassmaster magazine.
The club hosts at least one conservation program annually. Things such as a Jr Bass Club, Casting Kids to Lake Clean Ups to name a few of the functions we are doing and have done in the past and are very proud of.
The annual bass open on the Androscoggin River's Gulf Island Pond is our top club charity fundraiser. From this event we are able to donate thousands of dollars to local charities such as the Children's Miracle Network and other local community needs.
